There are many reasons to believe in the power of the 'Law of Attraction.' Create a Vision Board as a simple, powerful, visual tool to help you focus on and achieve the desires in your heart.

When you create a vision board and place it in a space where you see it often, you essentially end up doing short visualisation exercises throughout the day to bring that what you desire, into fruition.

So here's what you get, and what you get to do:

• Prioritise key area of focus with a Pre-Vision-Board Worksheet

• Relaxation Focus Meditation

• Create a powerful vision board collage with affirmations for growth, focus and outcomes

• All supplies and tools to create your Vision Board are supplied.  Please bring favourite pictures of yourself and any embellishments you would like on your Vision Board

• 2.5 hours of "me" time
